You need a Microsoft Windows PC to run our presentation software, it works on Windows 98, Windows NT 4, and Windows XP. Presentations transfer a lot of data over the internet, so we also recommend that presenters have a broadband connection (DSL or Cable).
Guests view your presentation in their web browser. Demo Now works in most modern browsers, PC or Mac, including Internet Explorer version 6 or above, and Firefox version 1.5 or above. They will need both Javascript and Cookies enabled.

Yes, companies and teams can share one account, and more than one person can use Demo Now at the same time. All the time used will be deducted from your account.
Up to ten guests can view a presentation at the same time.
In order to view your presentation guests must enter a 4 digit key, which is randomly generated for each presentation - this keeps uninvited attendees out. The data transmitted during your presentation is not encrypted, so you should only present information which you would be happy to send by email.

No, you are only connected to the Demo Now service through the internet when you are presenting. The Demo Now "d" icon next to your computer's clock turns green to indicate you are connected to the sevice and broadcasting your screen contents.
