The owners and operators ("Demo Now") of the demonow.net website provide the website, its related software, and services (collectively referred to as the "Services" in this document) subject to your compliance with the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). By using the Services you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service.

Account Terms

1. You must be 13 years or older to use the Services.
2. You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other required information to complete the sign-up process.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your account. Demo Now will not be held liable for any damage or loss that may result from your failure to protect your login information, including your password.
4. One person may not sign up for more than one free trial.
5. You are responsible for all Content transmitted through the service under your account.
6. You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Payment and Refund Terms

1. Airtime purchased is non-refundable, there will be no refunds or credit for unused airtime.
2. Your airtime usage is measured in one second increments, rounding up to the nearest second.
3. All fees are exclusive of all taxes or duties imposed by governing authorities. You alone are responsible for payment of all such taxes or duties.

Modifications to the Services and Prices

1. Demo Now reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time for any reason with or without notice.
2. Demo Now reserves the right to change the prices charged to use the Services without notice.
3. Demo Now shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

General Conditions

1. Your use of the Services, including any content, information or functionality contained within them, is provided "as is" and "as available" with no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of these Services.
2. You agree not to resell, duplicate, reproduce or exploit any part of the Services without the express written permission of Demo Now.
3. You understand that the Services can be used for transmission of your Content, and that during processing, your Content may be transferred unencrypted over the internet.
4. You may not use the Services to store, host, or send unsolicited email (spam) or SMS messages.
5. You may not use the Services to transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious content.
6. Demo Now makes no warranties regarding (i) your ability to use the Services, (ii) your satisfaction with the Services, (iii) that the Services will be available at all times, uninterrupted, and error-free, and (iv) that bugs or errors in the Services will be corrected.
7. Demo Now, the owners and operators of the Services, and their affiliates and sponsors are neither responsible nor liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages arising out of or relating in any way to your use of the Services. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using the Services.
8. If any provision of the Terms of Service is held invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be impaired thereby.
9. The failure of Demo Now to exercise any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any right hereunder. The Terms of Service sets forth the entire understanding between you and Demo Now as to the Services and supercedes any prior agreements between you and Demo Now (including, but not limited to, prior versions of the Terms of Service).
